the secret of having peace of mind when you have to make delicious vegetarian dishes at a moment’s notice, is having a well stocked fridge and kitchen pantry. Here we share our list of items maintained in fridge and pantry.

we keep many items permanent and never let them run out of stock, while inventory of many items is based on season, availability to geographic location and frequency of certain dishes we make.

every week we run a checklist to refill the shortfall items. shelf life is also an important consideration. items with longer shelf life should be bought in bulk to avoid running for them everyday and save costs. here price of item also matters. if it is too cheap along with long shelf life, under no circumstance you should buy small. (we buy 25kg salt at once for a family of four.)
